Refund Policy

GeoRankTool is operated by Zhe Li.

1. Late delivery — automatic full refund

If your $99 audit report is not delivered within 48 hours of us receiving your inputs (domain, page URLs, competitors), you get a full refund automatically — no request needed, no questions asked.

2. Quality guarantee — 7 days

If the delivered report contains fewer than 5 concrete, actionable fixes, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund you in full.

3. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days. To request a quality-guarantee refund, email hello@georanktool.com with your order email.

4. What is not refundable

Change-of-mind refunds are not offered once a hand-reviewed report has been delivered on time and meets the quality bar above — the work is custom and cannot be resold. The free analyzers are free.

5. Subscriptions (when launched)

Future RankGuard monitoring plans will be billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops the next charge. Completed months are not prorated.
