ChatGPT Ranking Checker

Score any page 0–100 on the 10 on-page signals correlated with ChatGPT and AI-answer citations — free, no sign-up, everything runs in your browser.

What this tool does not do: it does not query ChatGPT live. It scores detectable on-page signals.

Easiest: one-click bookmarklet

Drag this button to your bookmarks bar. Then visit any page and click it — you get the 0–100 score as an overlay, no copy-paste.

Tick what your page already has — same 0–100 weighted score, no HTML needed.

What is the fastest way to raise my score?

Add FAQPage structured data first — it is worth 20 points alone and takes minutes (see the schema.org FAQPage spec). Then rephrase two headings as questions with a 40–60 word answer directly beneath each. Those three moves recover up to 40 points on most pages.

Which check method should I use?

Use the bookmarklet for pages you can visit, the checklist for pages still in draft, and paste-HTML when you want the machine to verify every signal against real markup. All three use identical weights.

FAQ

How does the ChatGPT ranking checker work?

Three ways, easiest first: click the bookmarklet on any page, tick the 10-question checklist, or paste your page source. The tool checks 10 GEO signals locally — schema, H1, question H2s, short answer blocks, length, tables/lists, date and author metadata, outbound links, meta description — returning a weighted 0–100 score with a fix for each failed signal.

Does it query ChatGPT with my page?

No. Client-side analysis only. Nothing you paste leaves your browser or reaches any AI service.

What score should I aim for?

80+ is strong. 60–79 is decent with gaps. Below 60, work through the failed signals — start with structured data and question-style headings with short answers beneath them.

Can I use it without HTML?

Yes — the checklist tab gives the same weighted score from 10 yes/no questions.
